Shipping policy
Delivery
Although we can not ship every order right away, we try to ship orders placed before 7 a.m. the same day. Blue Arrow Coffee Roasters is unable to ship an order the same day for the following reasons:
• order was placed after 7am (and will be dispatched the next business day)
• order was placed on a weekend or public holiday (and will be dispatched the next business day)
• order could not be fulfilled, i.e. item is yet to be roasted
• Courier delays or unavailability
In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, Blue Arrow Coffee Roasters will contact you to arrange an alternative product or refund.
Blue Arrow Coffee Roasters cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control. The estimated delivery times are only meant to serve as a guide and begin on the day of dispatch. Blue Arrow Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Subscriptions
When you sign up for regular coffee bean delivery at Blue Arrow Coffee Roasters Lennox Head, New South Wales, here's what you can expect:
You decide what kind of coffee you want, how much you want, and how often you want it brought. Each package will have a delivery fee.
We will notify you and collect payment prior to each package being shipped. You can easily terminate your subscription by going into your account if you choose not to receive your regular order. We'll take care of cancelling your order right away as long as you do it a few days before your next package and payment are due.
In any case, we have the right to modify the price or cancel your subscription on your behalf. In case the price goes up, you will be able to stop your subscription. In the event that we choose to cancel your subscription, we promise not to charge you again.
