Black Label Blend High-Quality Coffee was our first signature blend and a very special one, fruit-driven with a sense of joy for us. When we set out to make it, we really focused on the different types of coffee and the processes used to make them. On one side, we had a washed red/yellow Caturra high-quality coffee from Finca Santo (Santa Catalina) for a sweet and balanced acidity, and on the other side, a natural pink bourbon made from tropical fruit like mangoes and grilled pineapples. We also added a washed Colombian for a medium to full-bodied coffee with a lot of dark chocolate.
